We accept all major credit and debit cards and our website is secure and payments processed by PayPal. The prices are in GB£ Shipping is free to mainland UK on all items weighing less than 5kg. For items weighing over 5kgs and outside mainland UK, shipping costs will be calculated on checkout. If you are buying from outside the UK, please contact us before you make your purchase.

Shipping and Delivery

We aim to despatch your purchase within 5 working days. Great care is taken when wrapping and packaging your works of art so that they reach you in good condition. Your artwork with be accompanied by supporting information including the artist biography and information on the type of art and Certificates of Authenticity were applicable. All purchases are sent with traceable service either through Royal Mail or Parcelforce and delivery should be between 2-5 working days, so allow 10 working days to receive your purchase

Paintings are sold without frames but they are stretched, this allows you to choose a frame that goes with your decor.

Card Payment Security

When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are taken by PayPal using secure encryption. They are not held in clear text on any web site. So buy with confidence.

Returns, Refunds and Cancellation Policy

We hope that you will be satisfied with your purchase but however you are entitled to a 7 day cooling off period from the date you receive the item during which time you may return the item in its original condition for a full refund excluding the shipping, delivery and insurance costs were applicable.

If you wish to return anything please contact us so we can advise you on proper packaging, we are unable to accept anything that is damaged.
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm
Once order is received, we start processing it immediately. Any cancellations should be made within 48hrs provided the items have not been despatched already otherwise it will have to be a return.
